Saturday Morning Bunch 16th Feb

Recommended Posts

Looking at an alternate ride on Saturday to a different part of the world using the cars. We would meet at Drymen and follow a route towards Aberfoyle  through Port of Menteith and over Braes of Greenock into Callander ( café stop).

We then follow the Invertrossach Road to Loch Eck we  climb the Duked Pass north to south ( the easier side) before a drop into Aberfoyle. Onto the cycle track towards Gartmore and then a wee climb up The Pipe Track before another downhill to finish back in Drymen.

I done this back in October and it was 3 1/2 hrs plus the café so say 4 hours.

The pace will be to suit the slowest rider as there is 3200fr climbing in this where individuals to push on before regrouping.

Will be subject to weather but it looks fine at the moment. Ideal miles for getting the fitness up and follows part of the Evans Sportive we are doing in April
